Q: How much is delivery?

A: Standard delivery is £2.99 and free on orders of £60 or more. Express delivery is £5.99 and free on orders of £80 or more. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: We aim to dispatch within 2 working days. Standard delivery then takes an estimated 3 to 5 business days. Express delivery takes an estimated 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Q: Who sends my order?

A: Orders are packed and sent for us by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment. You will get a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.

Q: Can I return something?

A: Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. Fragrances must be unopened and sealed. You pay the cost of sending change-of-mind returns back; we pay for faulty or wrong items. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Q: What is the difference between eau de parfum and eau de toilette?

A: Eau de parfum usually has a higher concentration of fragrance oil than eau de toilette, so it tends to be stronger. Check each product page for which one you are buying.

Q: Is perfume safe to post?

A: Fragrance contains flammable liquid, so we ship it as dangerous goods where required. Keep it away from heat and flames.
